Comprehensive Community Safety Funding Act

FOR the purpose of imposing an excise tax on certain gross receipts of certain firearms dealers derived from the sales of firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition in the State; and generally relating to a tax on gross receipts derived from firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition.
