MSP Portal and Important Information
The Maryland Firearm Portal is used for all handgun, pistol grip firearms, lower receiver transactions and transfers by law. For every purchase of the categories above please complete a 77R application prior to arrival. The handgun roster is located in the same link underneath the login portion. The handgun roster look-up uses the manufacturer and model of the firearm. Link provided below:
