Pistols and Receivers: $45

• MSP 77R Application Fee Covered by EA in this Fee.

$10 for every additional firearm on same application/Form

The customer is responsible for ensuring firearm transferred is legal in MD and for handguns listed on the MSP Handgun Roster. If help is needed in determining this, please reach out and we can gladly assist you in this process. Prior to transferring, please send an email to eldersburgarmory@gmail.com and include the following information:

In response we will include any needed information or documents to include a copy of our FFL License. Please note we will not provide our license to you the buyer, this license is for dealer to dealer only transaction. Transfer requests are only denied for legality of firearm questions, scheduling issues, or failure to supply requested information above. Even if we can get the firearm from our suppliers, we won’t deny the transfer.
